SIS, the first foreign school to be licensed by the Korean Ministry for Education, is now celebrating 50 years of education in Seoul. Reflecting back on the impact they have had on generations of families living Seoul they can count leaders, innovators and proudly global citizens among their alumni. The ‘TIGERS’ set of values on which the school is founded inculcate trust, independence, global citizenship, effective communication skills, encourage reflective learners and socially responsible citizens. Graduates from the school are interculturally competent and aim to be change makers in society. There are over 20 AP programmes on offer, which along with SATs and above average GPA’s prepares students for entry primarily into top US universities.
