Brillantmont International School, Lausanne

FOCUS:
Inclusive, international and culturally aware
By joining the the oldest boarding school to be run by the founding family in Switzerland, founded 140 years ago, pupils become part of a community that is academically engaged, culturally diverse and very welcoming. Small class sizes mean each individual’s bespoke needs are met, whilst the STEAM curriculum enables them to gain skills in the realm of robotics and coding. The school encourages holistic, intercultural learning through study trips, language exchanges. ‘Service Learning’ is a core aspect of the Brillantmont ethos, with charitable ventures figuring prominently throughout the year. Skiing plays a large role in the pupils’ lives, but there are plenty of other activities to get involved in such as drama, a music studio, volleyball, gymnastics and tennis.
